Custom Cut Beef – Deposit Payment

Please choose the deposit that corresponds to your beef order. (Note: We do not ship custom cut beef orders.) We will send you an invoice for the balance on your live animal when we weigh them on our certified scales prior to transportation to your butcher of choice. You will pay the butcher for their services when you pick up your meat. This invoice has to be paid promptly and before delivery or pick up at butcher. If you are splitting a whole or half beef with someone else, please choose the size you will be receiving and pay the corresponding deposit. Be sure to select “Local Pick Up” on the check-out page.
