This is a simple order form with mostly set cuts. You do, however, have a few choices to make. All fields marked with a red asterisk have to be completed. After completing the form, you will have a chance to review your order before submitting. You may want to print out a copy at that time. After submitting the form, you will be taken to our secure PayPal payment page to pay your deposit. If you prefer to mail us a check, simply ignore the PayPal prompt.

This is the form you have to use for Quarter beef orders. It can, however, also be used for Half or Whole beef orders. The other order form, our Custom Order Form, can only be used for Half and Whole beef orders, and offer more specific cutting options.

If you share or split a whole beef with one friend (2 halves), two friends (2 quarters & 1 half) or three friends (4 quarters), all of you pay the lower Whole Beef price of $6.50/lb. Similarly, if you split a Half Beef with one other person, (2 quarters) both of you pay the lower price of Half a Beef of $7/lb. If splitting a beef, let us know in the comment box at the bottom of this form, include names of people you are sharing with.

If you choose UPS shipment, we will notify you of your shipping charge at the same time as we notify you of the balance due on the beef.
For Fall Delivery, please add my $10 contribution to the cost of fuel for delivering my beef (not required, but always appreciated!) yes, I'd be glad to! no, not this time

Our custom processor will do their best to fill your organ meat requests. However, this can only be guaranteed for whole beef orders. Please check mark the ones you would like.
