This is the form we use for our own beef. It is a simple order form with mostly pre-determined cuts. You do, however, have a few choices to make. All fields marked with a red asterisk have to be completed. After completing the form, you will have a chance to review your order before submitting. You may want to print out a copy at that time.

Grain finished option for whole beef orders only. Please add $40 to your deposit amount.
These are the "standard" cuts of beef you will receive with the JX Ranch Package. The roasts are approximately 3 - 4 pounds each.

Our custom processor will do their best to fill your organ meat requests. However, this can only be guaranteed for whole beef orders. Please check mark the ones you would like.
